- ABAman BhogalNov 16, 20251.0Brutal. As we walked in the attendant asked if there was a specific model we were looking for and we asked for Oakley Field lense glasses. She wasn't paying attention and replied with, "do you know which lenses your looking for" another employee had to remind her we are looking for field lenses. She then proceeded to show us random Oakley glasses so I asked again, do you have the field lenses for baseball? She cluelessly replied "oh yeah this yellow lenses is great for field and everyday use" so I replied is it the field lenses? She replied "oh these rose lenses are good for field" then I asked if she knew what field lenses were and she replied no. Pathetic. Without knowledge of the product your selling, without paying attention to what the customer is asking for, how do you expect me to open my wallet and spend good money at your store? I was willing to buy 3 pairs of glasses for me and my sons but I ended up walking out of the store. My suggestion: find a new job miss.
