  I had a very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors outlet in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The staff were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful—especially Jeri. What made the experience even worse was the feeling that customers were being judged by their appearance, the way they were dressed, and even the color of their skin. The way Jeri behaved came across as biased and deeply upsetting. It felt like some people were treated with less respect the moment they walked in. No customer should ever feel looked down on, ignored, or treated differently in a store. Instead of being welcoming and professional, the environment felt uncomfortable and uninviting. This was not just poor customer service—it felt unfair and completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to look into how customers are being treated at this location.

  Very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors outlet in Niagara Outlet Mall. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and gave misleading information about the price of a bag. I had proof of the correct price and serial number, but they refused to acknowledge it. When I asked for a manager, the person who came did not help at all and was dismissive. The staff even refused to serve me and told me to cancel my order, then walked away and avoided assisting me. This is not the level of service expected from a brand like Michael Kors

  Very disappointed with this location spent $800 and asked for an extra small bag to put a gift in and was refused by the employees. Will not go back again to this location. If most of the things that I bought were not gifts for overseas, I would return everything right at that point.

  Walked in ,staff leaning on counter arms folded with a scoul on their faces.. cashiere on here cell phone.. no one said hello.. I looked at watches and then told my friend.. I don't want to spend money here.. we left and I went down and bought a 1000.00 watch at another store where there were friendly and greeted us as we walked in.. horrible customer service. Won't be back

  So dissappointed with the level of customer service I recieved online. First i emailed them the form as the website says to do so an got no reply for 2 months so i tried again and got a response within 2 days that the pictures could not be recieved and i should call customer service. Then i got a very snarky man on customer service who kept asking for a claim number and i read him verbatum the email that did not include a claim number so he proceeded to make one. After i gave him all te requested information he said i should use the chat on the website to send in the pictures which i did and in order to have my brand new wallets zipper fixed i need to mail it at my expense for them to analyse and see if the zipper fixable or i will get back the latest price for the wallet via online giftcard. I then asked if i sent the reciept that i could get back the money i paid for the wallet and the person stopped responding and the chat closed!!
