- DSDee Sterling4 days ago1.0So dissappointed with the level of customer service I recieved online. First i emailed them the form as the website says to do so an got no reply for 2 months so i tried again and got a response within 2 days that the pictures could not be recieved and i should call customer service. Then i got a very snarky man on customer service who kept asking for a claim number and i read him verbatum the email that did not include a claim number so he proceeded to make one. After i gave him all te requested information he said i should use the chat on the website to send in the pictures which i did and in order to have my brand new wallets zipper fixed i need to mail it at my expense for them to analyse and see if the zipper fixable or i will get back the latest price for the wallet via online giftcard. I then asked if i sent the reciept that i could get back the money i paid for the wallet and the person stopped responding and the chat closed!!

- AAASFeb 23, 20261.0Snobby, rude, arrogant, entitled staff at this location. They are quickly off put by price inquiries. I’ve heard them judging and chatting about customers after they leave. It may be a stupid question to you (staff) but it’s not to the person inquiring. Shame on management as it seems they are the boss level of shaming and shutting you down. Not allowed to ask questions here. All staff are protective of each other and personal Interest above customer service. Classism is absolutely a flex here amongst the staff at the Niagara outlets MK. Live richer lives with greater purpose. The reward from that will pour into your experiences however mundane they are. Then you will not see any one man as below you. Good luck. 🤞 Spent my money elsewhere.
