    What is up with the poor customer service ?? Is there a competition who can be the most condescending and lazy? The winner goes to the Asian saleswoman. Never met someone so disgusted to be at work. The district manager needs to send an undercover shopper and see how horrible they are, then fire manager and staff and hire new people who are kind and eager to sell.

    Bought a purse for $66 in Dec, go a month later to return because the pipping was coming off. Told to come Back with the tag for a return. Come back 2 days later with receipt, tag and bag. Told they actually don't rerun damaged purses. It's a month old and they would not return even though I was told they'll return it if I provide the tag. Refused to give me store credit either. Told me I could only exchange it for the same exact purse. Why would I want the same purse that just gave me problems? Purse is now for $100. So exchanged it for a similar purse priced at the current price of 100 since I did not want to risk the same purse being ruined so fast. Had to still pay the difference even though the purse is valued the same as the other right now. Ridiculous. No ownership for being given wrong. Didn't care I had to come back 3 times and waste my time. No "I'm so sorry I gave you the wrong information by the worker" or from the manager. Customer service on the phone also useless because no one over the phone deals with in-store purchases apparently. Will never shop at MK again.

    Really bad customer service representative. we visited on 31 December 2025. At 5:45 PM they closed store, Actual closing time was 6 PM. We told them, we know what we have take and just need to go for billing. it will tale only 5-6 minutes. But she closed and didn’t allow. closed at 5:45 PM.

    I visited the store today December 30 at 3:30 PM. I am very disappointed in the customer service at Michael Kors today. I asked the sales associate at the cashier to check the price for me. She told me to check the mirror on the wall, while she was standing in front of the cashier till. Instead of helping me, she had me figure things out for myself. I am not sure why she was at the cashier and would tell me to check the mirror when she could have easily checked me at that moment. This was so disrespectful and I am quite offended. My whole family was shocked at her behaviour. I expect more from the Michael Kors as a brand. They should do sales associate retraining based on the comments.

    Visited this store today Dec 18, 2025 at 2 pm and was super disappointed at the lack of customer service and rude attitude of the employees. We were trying to purchase a winter coat and needed assistance finding a size. The first blonde lady was dismissive and told me everything on the floor was everything they had. Then I asked a thicker woman with black hair to assist me in checking to see if they had the size I needed at a different location. She lied to me and told me that they cannot check the stock of other locations and if they do check it will not be accurate. As someone who has shopped at Michael kors many times, this is a blatant lie. You can always look up the stock of other locations and give them a call to see if they have it in stock. For a luxury brand this lack of customer service is unacceptable. My experience was especially disappointing in contrast to the amazing customer service I experienced at the Coach Outlet located in the same mall. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
