I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Ralph Lauren store, and the treatment I received from the management team was unacceptable—especially for a brand that claims to represent quality and class.
While some of the store associates were patient, helpful, and professional, the managers were the complete opposite. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and openly unfriendly. Instead of making customers feel welcomed, they created an atmosphere that felt cold, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming. I have never felt so disrespected in a retail store.
What was most upsetting was the obvious difference in the way customers were treated by management. While some people were met with courtesy and respect, others were treated with indifference and disrespect. This created a deeply uncomfortable experience and gave the impression of discriminatory behavior. No customer should ever leave a store feeling judged, humiliated, or treated unfairly.
For a luxury brand like Ralph Lauren, this kind of behavior from management is disgraceful. Luxury is not just about the products—it is also about professionalism, respect, and making every customer feel valued. Unfortunately, the management at this location demonstrated arrogance, bias, and a shocking lack of professionalism.
Every customer deserves to be treated equally and with dignity, regardless of their background. Ralph Lauren should take this matter seriously, because this kind of management behavior damages the trust customers place in the brand. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting respectful customer service.
