  When I was shopping here with family today. I used the washroom there was No light I had to use my Flashlight. Using soap dispenser was a struggle. FIX these thing kindly.

  **Be Carful buying items during sales if you think you may need to do a return** Made the trip to outlets during Black Friday week. Bought some Jeans in my size but got them home and they didn't fit, so had to come back another day to exchange, tried on some other colors and the same size in those did fit. When I got to the cash I was told I owed $40, even though I was exchanging jeans that were the same price and style just different colours, But because they were not the exact same colour denim, I was subject to what the price was now a week later. so 2 trips to the outlet and no jeans, just aggravation. Idiotic to me.. it shouldn't matter what the price is a week later, both items have the same base value, they are getting the first ones back to now sell at a higher price than I bought them for, it's an even exchange.

  Jessica was absolutely amazing! Left a long lasting impression as her customer service skills are above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable about the products and locations plus she was so pleasant. She also helped me make the best choices with sizes and styles while shopping for my boyfriend! I would go back to this location and if Jessica was there, I would go back to her for assistance while shopping, thats how amazing she is! Also her entire get up from top to bottom including shoes was appealing - she has good taste! Kudos to Jessica!

  I had one of the most disappointing shopping experiences at the Tommy Hilfiger outlet in Niagara. It is absolutely unacceptable that they are charging higher prices at the outlet store compared to their own online website. Outlet stores are supposed to offer better deals, not inflated prices that make customers feel cheated. When I checked the same items online, the prices were noticeably lower. Yet, the staff at the outlet had no proper explanation and simply shrugged it off. This is extremely unfair, misleading, and borderline dishonest. How can a brand as big as Tommy Hilfiger justify such inconsistent and inflated pricing? I expected transparency and fair pricing, but instead, I walked out feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Tommy Hilfiger needs to fix this deceptive practice immediately. I won’t be returning to this outlet, and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.
