- TCTracy ChesherDec 8, 20255.0I ordered shoes to pick up from Cyber Monday and the directions I received from my confirmation email made it so easy to find the store at the outlets. Once we got there the staff was super friendly and we were looking around for a bit and the associate came to me in an aisle to let me know that my item was ready at the front counter. The store was very well labeled with brands, stock was great and even with crazy winter weather the store was really clean. Definitely going back.

I went to cash register and asked politely I need some help. The girl asked rudely what help ? I explained to her that finding right size shoes for me . She told me that if I don’t see my shoes size. She can order it. There were two staff on floor and three at cash register. She even didn’t bother to came out of the counter or ask someone else and tried to help me finding shoes which will fit on my feet. I did my own search in the store and figured out shoes size after spending some time. I bought the shoes. Store is good with good variety. Prices are good too. But the company should pay attention to improve customer service quality. Staff need to pay attention to improve on communication skills. Thank you.
