  Brutal. As we walked in the attendant asked if there was a specific model we were looking for and we asked for Oakley Field lense glasses. She wasn't paying attention and replied with, "do you know which lenses your looking for" another employee had to remind her we are looking for field lenses. She then proceeded to show us random Oakley glasses so I asked again, do you have the field lenses for baseball? She cluelessly replied "oh yeah this yellow lenses is great for field and everyday use" so I replied is it the field lenses? She replied "oh these rose lenses are good for field" then I asked if she knew what field lenses were and she replied no. Pathetic. Without knowledge of the product your selling, without paying attention to what the customer is asking for, how do you expect me to open my wallet and spend good money at your store? I was willing to buy 3 pairs of glasses for me and my sons but I ended up walking out of the store. My suggestion: find a new job miss.

  I rarely leave reviews but the personal service and advice I received from Santiago was in a word… incredible. He helped me remedy an issue and explained the difference between various lenses easily affording me the ability to narrow choices down I am not from the area but will return specifically for my next pair of glasses and deal exclusively with Santiago As a long time manager I would suggest he be utilized to train and mentor staff His knowledge and upbeat personality will no doubt lead to greater things in his future

  I stopped in the store over the weekend and was helped by Victoria, she was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for sunglasses
