Smaller outlet than the one in Halton Hills (Toronto Premium Outlet).
Few selections but at least the whole store is full of discounted items.
Staff are mostly great and helpful. One male staff should be better educated in knowing which items are discounted further as other staffs said differently.

I really do like this store. I’ve gotten some great deals, and even found many items available on the regular website for a margin of the price. I have one recommendation however…. After having experienced Black Friday and Boxing Day here, I beg of you to have an employee outside doing crowd control. I have been the first 10 people in line both times this past year, with Boxing Day being the worst for people cutting in. When we first got there, my sister and I would have been the first 5 people (they give something to the first 5-10 in line, and people know this). Immediately after getting there, a party of 4 joined the front of the line with their daughter who jumped out of the car and ran. We said nothing because they had just opened the gates. About 10 minutes before the store opened, another party of 4-5 people tried to join their family at the front of the line behind the other party, right before staff came out to hand out things to the first 5-10 people. The line had at least 30 people behind them that they tried cutting in front of. This time I said something myself. It’s truly not fair that people will stand outside for an hour and a half, and just have to let people cut in line who have been waiting for not even 2 minutes. 1 spot should save you 1 spot, not 5, and can be limited by having a staff member monitor this and say something about it. This review is not to ruin the fun for people, being that you hand a bonus out to the first few people. By all means, I think you should keep the incentive, but I really do think it needs a handle on it.

Hello! 👋🏼
So, everyone knows this is a Lululemon outlet so pieces are ofcourse a hit or miss. However, I've had the luck and pleasure of purchasing a lulu silver puffer vest on sale. What a score! Though, what really sealed the deal was the staff. Isaac was great, he was patient and kind. Also, please bear in mind the employees are working around the clock and patience/kindness goes a long way!

The staff at this outlet location are fantastic! I finally received a mature, honest and expert opinion regarding my correct sizing. After many years of purchasing a particular size in EVERYTHING Lululemon I own (sad face), I now don't have to hike my Aligns up all day - thinking they naturally loosened during regular wear. Staff are confidently knowledgeable and seem generally happy to be at work. Despite how busy/chaotic it is, I always can find someone eager to assist me and offer an opinion. The fitting room staff are not pushy and I never feel pressured to make an impulsive purchase which is contradictory to my other Lululemon experience. The girls interacted so well with my children and even danced with them, when they became impatient. I also observed customers coming in with online returns which the store does not accept - cashiers politely informed customers of the outlet policy and were NOT dismissive/rude. I wish these staff would divide their time between the standard retail locations in the Region, but maybe they prefer the outlet's energy/vibe? Racks appear to be well-maintained because I can only imagine how disorganized the inconsiderate customers leave their unwanted items, having worked the outlet retails myself. Great job team!
