  “these pants are final sale did you know that?” nah not 1 person greeted me the entire time i was in the store for 15-20 minutes. “i’m sorry that you feel that way” huh??? hahaha you guys are catty and a literal joke. 0 customer service, 0 greeting, no “do you need any help?” just stared at and followed around the store by a younger asian guy by fits. you could at least present good customer service if you were concerned for LP reasons. oh and didn’t even offer a change room i had to stand there and wait for someone else. the white guy with glassses at cash had a HUUUUUUUGE attitude problem and so did the girl “manager” he was too busy flirting with by the change rooms — but not actually letting people in line into an actual change room. there were 2 other random customers complaining about all the employees as well, had to let themselves into an actual change room. if there’s voice audio i’d highly recommend higher management listen to that interaction today at 3:14 PM cashier #: 99994000190353

  I cannot tell you how amazing the staff are here. They went out of their way last night to make sure I felt beautiful and were so kind that I had tears in my eyes. Matt and Mia and the whole team are just exceptional human beings who have restored my faith in humanity. Thank you for being such kind humans. Never change. The world needs more people like you all. I will forever be a customer of your store because you guys.

  Was very surprised and pleased with this store. Very clean, well organized, and lots of selection and sizes. Staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back here!
