  The store is great. Well kept and the staff are all friendly. Except at the firearms counter. I have visited multiple times. No one has been quick to ask if you want anything and once you get a hold of someone, they really don't want to be of much help. I have not made any purchases at this place because of this. Nick has a bad attitude. Nots sure what he is doing in retail. A few days ago I asked him a few questions and got short useless answers. While I was waiting for him to decide if he was going to walk back and help me a very nice and helpful person named Brandon came and helped me. This is the first time someone has been really great at this location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I ended up making a purchase. The firearms staff here needs an attitude adjustment with the exception of Brandon. He's the kind of guy that will help sell units. He's the only reason I put 2 stars instead of 1.

  Great experience at Bass Pro Shops Niagara-on-the-Lake. I came in to pick up an online order and Nick at the hunting department made the whole process quick and easy. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He checked everything carefully, answered a few questions I had, and made sure I was all set before I left. It’s always nice to deal with someone who provides great customer service and actually cares about helping customers. Thanks Nick for the excellent service!

  Bass Pro Mills visit Walked in and the store already looks super cool inside. The whole vibe is on point. Service? Honestly great. Stopped by the sunglasses hut, the guys there were very attentive, courteous, kind, and respectful. Super easy to talk to and very helpful. Checked out the knives — good quality.Looked through the camo gear — also solid quality.The gun counter staff were very nice and friendly too. Bonus: the big tank and taxidermy displays were really cool to see. Overall, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and professional. Definitely a spot worth spending time in. Safe to say… we’ll be back — and yeah, we might need to start budgeting for some camo gear 😅 ⭐ Experience: 5 🥰 -honest Rater

  Good things do happen in " Threes" . I had a great experience getting help from Daniella to make my special purchase for my son's birthday gift. Then I had a minor issue and Lisa the assistant store manager took great care of me. Then I had the privilege of having Kent personally pick up and then deliver the product right to my door. This kind of customer service and care for people who have disabilities is absolutely the best in the world. I Always loved this Store and now I am so impressed with the great staff and the way they treated and care for their customers. Well done Bass Pro. Kindest Regards again Charlie Siracusa.
