- JMJason McMullen2 days ago3.0Really need more staff on the gun counter on a Saturday. It really wasn't that bizzy eather. Took me 1 1/2 hrs. To get one gun and 3 boxes of shells. And I knew exactly what I was getting absolutely no browsing time on my part. Customer service staff was great.

Just want to say mark helped me tremendously took his time to make sure things were done right And I really appreciate that. mark, bass pro needs more people like you as employee's great guy. - JKJon Klip4 days ago1.0Bass Pro Shops is an awesome store but the Boat Service Department at the Niagara location is terrible. I brought in a boat for inspection and an oil change and they gave me a “secret and complimentary winterization.” They sprayed the inside of the engine with fogging grease and clogged up my spark plugs. I didn’t find this out until I was on the Niagara River in November and my engine wouldn’t start. This winterization was not on the work order and was never requested. They put us in a dangerous position and made for another several hundred dollars in spark-plugs replacement. I would not trust this location’s service department with any serious work. They were inattentive and careless. Nothing against Bass Pro though.

We headed to the firearms department first and were assisted by Jayvaughan. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He took his time explaining everything and made the whole process smooth and stress free. If you’re shopping in that section, definitely ask for him truly a great guy and amazing to deal with. We also stopped by the shoe department where Nicole helped us pick out boots. She was fantastic as well very attentive, kind, and really knew her stuff. She made it easy to find exactly what we needed. Overall, both Javaughan and Nicole made our visit outstanding. Thank you both for the excellent service

All I wanted to know was if I needed a Sim card for ths camera as its set up with an app to pay. Not 1 person asked if I needed help. They just lost a $200 sale. Oh, one great thing customer did give me lots of help, but he had leftwhen I was reading the box. Thank you to hime. But a ZERO for customer service. Maybe it was because I was a woman
