- B2Babyshower 2019Dec 7, 20255.0I was In town for business and wanted to shop and, I wandered into "Aerie" at the NOTL location this past Saturday morning not expecting much, but man, was I wrong. This place is like a treasure chest of awesome deals. I'm talking nothing over $30 bucks and cheapest swim I’ve ever seen and so many options. There was a wall of swim wear from bikinis to full pieces super organized by size and even colour and the prices made my wallet do a happy dance $6.99!!! The vibe was super chill, no pressure, just racks and racks of goodness waiting to be discovered. I spent a solid hour just browsing, and I scored some seriously sweet finds. The staff was incredible I was greeted immediately when I walked in with friendly smile and she let me know the deals in the store. All the staff were super happy and up beat. The two girls working in the fitting rooms were super welcoming, helped go get sizes without hesitation and even spoke to me like they were actually trying to get to know me as a person! Cashing out was fast and cashier again was so incredibly nice. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service experience shopping anywhere before. Keep up the good work ladies!
- SSSherylNov 2, 20251.0Most of the employees at this Aerie location were really kind and welcoming, but I had an unpleasant experience during my visit on October 31st. There was a female employee wearing a light blue half-zip who came across as passive-aggressive. She gave a few uncomfortable looks, and although I tried to brush it off, right after I checked out and turned to leave, I could clearly hear her commenting and laughing about us. It felt disrespectful and out of place, especially since every other staff member I interacted with was genuinely lovely and professional. I especially want to thank the employee with curly hair, who was extremely kind and helpful — she truly stood out and made the experience better. While this could have been a misunderstanding, I think it’s important to share so that others (and management) are aware in case similar feedback comes up from other customers.
