I went to inquire regarding the price of a winter jacket that I bought 3 weeks ago and which was on sale today. All I asked if the store could re-adjust the price or if I could return the product and buy the same at the new sale price. But the lady was extremely rude to say even if you return the jacket I couldn't buy the same one again for the lower price. Do better Columbia!! I have been buying from this store since it opened at NOTL and now I think I'll take my business somewhere else where the staff is kind.

- BSBryan SFeb 1, 20261.0I visited the Columbia Sportswear store at Niagara Outlet in the evening of February 1st and had a very unpleasant customer service experience. When I approached a cashier (white female) to ask about a product, I was met with eye-rolling, a rude tone, and an aggressive attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. Fortunately, another staff member (an Asian guy) stepped in and provided excellent service—he was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. Customer service should be consistent, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this, as it significantly impacted my impression of the store.
