  Since bass pro bought cabela, its never been the same ,if they don't have the items during their sales, their specials of 10% of is a joke, a sale is 30-50% off not less than the hst

  This is not a store but a destination. Fun aquarium set up, we missed the fishes' feeding time (2pm) but they were entertaning for the kids. There were clothes for everyone. Basically , something for everyone. Bought Pecans from the warmer... Was a bit disappointed as they tasted slightly stale.

  Love this store, not so much the 6 boys that stand around in hunting and don't even say boo at you. I literally was in every department looking for ideas for my new van conversion soon to be ready and as I hit the corner 6 male staff members are all chatting away. No one said Hi, no one even looked at me. 30 mins later still in hunting and no one approached me or said anything. Then Donna from footwear appears and she helped me in the hunting dept. Unacceptable hunting team! Thanks Donna! Because of her I bought 2 hunting items. Then as I approach archery, Yah I get greeted. Jeremy was packed full of ideas for me and my safety on the road. I got a cool camping chair assisted by a non camping person- Janet. Thank you and finally chatted briefly with all the lovely front end staff.

  I had an amazing experience at Bass Pro Shops Niagara-on-the-Lake! The store is huge, clean, and incredibly well organized, with an amazing selection of outdoor gear, fishing equipment, clothing, and more. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit—the displays are impressive and make the whole shopping experience feel unique and fun. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help with any questions. Whether you’re an experienced outdoors person or just browsing, it’s a great place to check out. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  The store is great. Well kept and the staff are all friendly. Except at the firearms counter. I have visited multiple times. No one has been quick to ask if you want anything and once you get a hold of someone, they really don't want to be of much help. I have not made any purchases at this place because of this. Nick has a bad attitude. Nots sure what he is doing in retail. A few days ago I asked him a few questions and got short useless answers. While I was waiting for him to decide if he was going to walk back and help me a very nice and helpful person named Brandon came and helped me. This is the first time someone has been really great at this location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I ended up making a purchase. The firearms staff here needs an attitude adjustment with the exception of Brandon. He's the kind of guy that will help sell units. He's the only reason I put 2 stars instead of 1.
