She helped me with styles, sizing( although some sizing was limited), and matched outfits and offered some accessories. We had a great conversation about the city and told me to enjoy our stay. She wished us safe travels and give them a call if I had any questions. Superior customer service. Well done!

LL Bean used to be one of my favorite stores but styles are a bit questionable last few years and what they charge now for items is out of reach for a lot of people. The quality is ok, but overall bo longer impressed. This outlet store had a mediocre selection and limited sizing.

This outlet is the solution. Most of the time, everything is 50% off, currently they are running a 70% off Boxing Day event, this makes the Bean products excellent value. Good selection, friendly staff, quality gear.
