When we went to purchase a pair, the employee's had a hard time putting the gift cards through. After standing there patiently waiting for them to figure it out for at least half hour, the one then proceeds to tell us that the gift cards are not working because of their new system. And to make matters worse through out the process I heard them question if the gift cards even had money on them. It was a very exhausting and disappointing experience. After the fact, we went to another location and purchased a pair with the gift cards with no problems. We definitely will not be returning to this location.
