Specifically, Christy helped me with an exchange for something I bought online, where she also ordered the product I needed when they did not have my size in stock. There was another associate where I didn't catch her name but she had fantastic glasses who was kind and helpful as well.

There were six employees working during the busy Christmas rush, but every one of them was standing around the till talking to each other. I waited for help, and even when I asked, it felt like I was interrupting their conversation. The associate who finally helped me didn’t seem to know the product and walked me around the store while still talking to coworkers instead of focusing on helping. Overall, it felt like customers weren’t a priority at all, which is frustrating, especially during the holidays.
