I came in to do an online return and he couldn’t assist because he mentioned his login wasn’t working and he’d been having issues with it for a while. If your login isn’t working.. shouldn’t you have a backup login or not be attending to customers until the issue is fixed? It is a complete waste of time for someone to come in to a store and not be able to get a return processed because of a known issue that the associate has not had addressed.
