  I had such a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. in Square One today thanks to Vina (Wei) Yu! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose the perfect necklace. Vina made the whole experience feel special — she took the time to explain every detail, offered great styling advice, and made sure I left completely happy with my purchase. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Vina, for making my day so memorable! 💙

  Bought a Tiffany beads bracelet over the weekend however I had second thoughts and went back on Monday to return it as they told me I have 30 days return policy. Bracelet was kept in its original box over the weekend and when I went there they accused me of wearing it and scratching it eventhough I didn’t even try it one other than in store. They refused to return it and made up so many stories and called me a lier! Terrible customer service and would never go back again to this location. Didn’t expect this low customer service from a Tiffany store. What a shame!

  BEWARE. You only have 30 days to return an engagement ring, you also can't transfer ownership, so even though the rings have a serial number you cannot sell the ring to someone else and have them as the registered owner. For a company that charges a premium for their products and has a serial number on the ring this added value is useless. I called in to customer service and although they were quite kind on the phone this company policy has got to be one of the worst for a brand that passes itself off as a premium product. Unfortunately not everyone's engagement experience is picture perfect and the policy of this company would make it even worse. Very few people would be able to return an engagement ring within 30 days. If you are to then sell or buy used you can't transfer the ownership even with a fee so any potential added brand value is worthless. Needless to say I will never buy any Tiffany and Co products again. Once they have your money you are on your own. Better off buying from any competitors as almost all have a better policy and you will get much more diamond and/or precious metals for the same price. Unless you want to make sure Beyonce and Jay-Z get paid take your money where they value it.
