  Customer service at its best! Many thanks to general manager Anwar. Brought back a product that was beyond the return policy, not looking for a refund, just looking to exchange for other product. Anwar made the exchange easy and I ended up spending $80 more. Great store, great team, my favourite sports store.

  Team Town is a serious sports store for serious athletes looking for top tier equipment. Excellent staff and service, I worked with Fahad, he got me what I needed at a good price point. There is high, ultra high quality equipment for Rep players as well as affordable options for your house league players. It really is a one stop shop. Too many options so get the help of a staff member if you aren't sure what level of equipment you actually need.

  I had the pleasure of working with Josh from The football department for all of my sons football gear and he was super helpful with explaining everything and advising me of what’s needed. His customer service was amazing . I went in there very frantic not knowing what to get or what was needed and he made the buying process super easy. Thanks Josh !

  Very pleased with this place. My boys were able to try baseball playing baseball and hockey. So many selections and high quality sports items. Friendly and accommodating staff in baseball area, shoes and the cashier named Des. My son bought his baseball 2 years ago but I was not with him and his Dad, today April 1 in our visit, we had fun and this place is also very organized and clean. We now know where to check for sports items. Thank you Team Town Team!

  I have visited Team Town Sports in Meadowvale on more than a dozen occasions and every time the staff have been phenominal. Today, I called regarding youth baseball cleats and spoke with Hamdi. She informed me of what was available at TTS and when I arrived later at the store, Hamdi once again helped me search for cleats to fit my needs. Hamdi went out of her way to help me, even to the extent of searching for alternate sites that may have the item I needed. But fortunately, we finally settled on an in-store pair of cleats that Hamdi located during her searches. Thank you Hamdi.for your help and patience. It is greatly appreciated. On other occasions, I have also received excellent service from Nick while searching for baseball bats and also from the crew that deals with skate sales and sharpening. They have been terrific as well. And when it comes to mechandise, the store has a wealth of products in all sports to choose from. All this to say, if you're looking for a great looking sporting goods store with great selection and first-class staff, look no further than Team Town Sports in Meadowvale.
