  I want to start with thanking Vicky for making it possible to get my first timepiece from the Rolex store. She made the experience of purchasing the watch extremely memorable which I will never forget. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Every time I walked in, she welcomed me with a great smile and in a friendly manner which made me valued as a customer. We spent a lot of time discussing about different timepieces and the details of craftsmanship that goes towards making these incredible watches. The level of service and attention of detail she brought to the table made me desire to own a timepiece from Rolex.   Vicky was fantastic, and I'm truly grateful for her help. She helped me get the Rolex I wanted most, and the whole experience was excellent. She was friendly, professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. When I picked up the watch, she took the time to explain everything in detail, from how to use it to how to properly care for it. She even shared the history behind the watch. She truly knows and loves what she does. After visiting many Rolex dealers across the GTA and southern Ontario, I can honestly say Vicky was the most genuine and welcoming person I met. I really appreciate everything she did for me and highly recommend her.
