  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Lululemon Square One store today (March 21st)! I want to give a special shoutout to the incredibly kind male cashier who helped me at checkout (around 6:40 PM at Register 2). I had recently bought some items online to give as gifts to my family, but the standard shipping packaging was quite basic. While checking out my in-store items, I asked him for some advice or assistance on how to better present the online purchases as gifts. He was so warm, friendly, and enthusiastic. He completely understood my situation and went above and beyond to perfectly solve my gift-packaging dilemma! His outstanding attitude really made me feel valued and made my entire shopping trip an absolute delight. It’s interactions like this that truly showcase Lululemon's amazing corporate culture and commitment to customer care. Because of this wonderful employee, I will definitely be returning to this location frequently. Thank you for making my day!

  I’ve been shopping at Lululemon for years, but the service and product quality have really declined despite the premium prices. I bought two pants and came back within two weeks to exchange one that didn’t fit, but the store manager, Micha, refused and was very rude. Customer service helped me process a return, but it’s frustrating to deal with the hassle after such a disrespectful in store experience

  My Daughter and I went to Lululemon a few days ago and had an amazing experience with Stephaine, She went over and beyond our expectations helping my daughter with a return and placing her online order. She was so freindly, Stephaine asked another sales associate to open another register so no one was waiting in line.

  Went to the store today and had an amazing experience. I typically don’t love coming into lululemon r because the service isn’t great. Stephanie helped me pick out exactly what I needed and gave me lots of options! Ended up leaving with more than what I came for lol! She gave amazing customer service, I didn’t feel pressured and felt like she genuinely cared about getting the right product for me. Would definitely come back just for her.

  Was my first time shopping at Lululemon after my horrible experience I had at the Sherway Gardens.Harjot the Square one location really went above and beyond. She help me find the perfect size for me and honestly will come back to this location from now on. Eveyone was great.
