- MSMaissam SMar 19, 20251.0Bought a Tiffany beads bracelet over the weekend however I had second thoughts and went back on Monday to return it as they told me I have 30 days return policy. Bracelet was kept in its original box over the weekend and when I went there they accused me of wearing it and scratching it eventhough I didn’t even try it one other than in store. They refused to return it and made up so many stories and called me a lier! Terrible customer service and would never go back again to this location. Didn’t expect this low customer service from a Tiffany store. What a shame!
