At the time, I specifically asked about the durability of the stones and was reassured by the staff that the diamonds would not fall out.this was one of the key reasons I chose Tiffany over other jewelers, despite the higher price. But now, only six years later, one of the diamonds has fallen out. When I went back to Tiffany, they said there is no warranty on the stones and was quoted $245 to repair it. I’m not upset about the money itself, but rather the fact that I invested in Tiffany because of its reputation for exceptional quality and lifelong craftsmanship. To hear that something as basic as a diamond staying in place isn’t covered is extremely disappointing. A brand like Tiffany should stand behind its promises, especially when customers spend thousands of dollars based on trust in the brand’s quality. Unfortunately, my experience has shown otherwise, and I no longer feel the confidence I once had in Tiffany & Co. I dont recommend this product for anyone who wants to have it for a long time.
