  I've been a loyal Sunglass Hut customer for years, but my recent experience at the Square one location was unbelievably disappointing. The staff was not only unprofessional but downright rude, acting as if assisting customers was a massive inconvenience. It's as if they're doing you a favor by even acknowledging you. I'm not sure if it's due to the Christmas season and a lack of properly trained staff, but the last few times I've visited, I've been consistently ignored and brushed aside. This location has seriously gone downhill in terms of customer service. Whatever the reason, I won't be returning anytime soon, and I'd advise others to avoid this store if they value their time and respect. Also note, I think the store manager was talking to one of her employees, and was extremely demeaning towards that employee and I really did not like that already with the experience that I had in the store just made me want to walk out way faster because she was making me uncomfortable the way she was talking at another employee.

  I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Sunglass Hut in Square One. I returned a pair of sunglasses just four days after purchase, in perfect original condition with all packaging, stickers, and the receipt. I hadn’t used them even once. Despite this, the same associate who sold them to me repeatedly claimed the sunglasses had “heavy scratches” and were used .. which was completely false. Her tone was rude, accusatory, and clearly dismissive. The entire interaction felt like unfair treatment towards a customer who followed every return policy correctly. To make matters worse, she said she was “making an exception for this one time” by accepting the return, even though the store clearly offers a 30 day return policy and I met all conditions. There was absolutely no justification for the way I was spoken to or treated. Because of this experience, I will never visit this store again and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

  I stopped by Sunglass Hut recently and was helped by Bhavika, and honestly, she made the whole visit so much better. She took the time to understand what kind of look I was going for and gave really thoughtful suggestions instead of just trying to sell something. Her sense of style and attention to detail were impressive — she even helped me compare different fits and lens tones to make sure I got the right pair. It’s rare to meet someone who’s so genuine and passionate about what they do. Thanks to Bhavika, I left with sunglasses I absolutely love!
