  I wrote another review, but this deserves another one. I got denied service even though I had a valid ID simply because the girl with the red hair just didn't like me due to my skin colour? who knows...because she also denied the people behind me with valid for no reason aswell and they weren't white either. but the other day my white friend went in the store and he bought some items and SHE DID NOT ID HIM AT ALL, he was white. he was also a MINOR. So if you say that your employees "follow strict ID procedures" please explain that then. this can be reported to the BBB. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. or at least walk out of the store if you see the lady with the red hair working, she is a nervous wreck and racist.

  Worst service ever, the middle age red head chick refused me service after she took my number (I have an account) and then asked for my ID although she sold to two people before me without checking ID WHATSOEVER! I told her my id broke in half but I have a photo of it, she refused and so l left, I then sent my boyfriend in and he showed his ID and she refused service to him and said she's refusing because she suspects he's buying for someone without an ID. Long story short this seems to only happened at this location so l suggest refraining going here. If you don't look as old as the lady serving you. Seems this lady was playing power trip. I understand laws that's why I left with no problem but she had zero right refusing service to my boyfriend with a valid ID. I'll be reporting her and I suggest reviewing your cameras to see she didn't ID the individuals in front of me.

  EDIT***** I did have a proper ID. not just my account. ALSOO I had a friend go into the store the other day, the girl with the red hair sold to him WITHOUT ASKING FOR ID, and he was a minor, which is highly illegal. I could report that to the BBB. mind you he was a white kid, and I was Indian. Hi I would like to share my very unpleasant experience with this location more particularly the girl with the red hair, who I can see im not the only one who has an issue with her I came here months ago, I would always come to this location and got ID'd the first few times I went there, once day I went there and I didn't have my ID I didn't think it would matter as I had an account there and been ID'd many times before. The lady with the red hair refused to accept my ID, even though I bought from her specifically before. I was visibly upset but walked out the store cause I understood the law. I did go back there recently with a proper valid ID and she STILL decided to refuse me claiming the ID didn't look like me and was very rude about it, I was upset and pleaded with her that it was me (mind you I was sick and wasn't wearing any makeup) I didnt have any other forms of ID. she kept insisting that I could come back but I couldn't do that and got very unprofessional with me, I tried showing her other pictures of my old ID just to show her the comparison of my face at least (not to accept it as ID) she refused to even look. I walked out the store and ordered an uber, as I was waiting other customers came out claiming she refused them too for no reason even though they had valid ID DO NOT GO HERE! take your business somewhere else. or at least leave when she is working because she is extremely rude, and difficult and condescending. Also from seeing the other reviews im not the only one that complained about her.

  Walked into the store since it was on my way home from work and wasn’t sure what I wanted but an employee Deven helped me out greatly. Saw I was exhausted after work.Recommended some great pre rolls to me and explained the types of strains to me that would better suit me. I bought a good indica pre-rolls that definitely helped me relax for the rest of the day and fit my budget.Overall great customer services, attention to detail and good pricing for the most part.definitely my go to shop for driving home from work.

  Terrrible customer service. Their employee Devin was not helpful at all. Zero knowledge on the products. Told me something was on sale when it wasn’t. Also the store has very little options and their prices are extremely high compared to the rest of the market. Their Pickering location is no different. I would highly recommend avoiding all pops cannabis locations at all costs.
