  I like this little shop. Small enough to get what you want and out of there. Pretty good selection most of the time. Prices are better than other cannabis shops. There membership system really works. We ended up saving 15% on our order. ***pet friendly alert *** Our doggie actually thinks he’s going to visit friends in this store. The staff are amazing with Zeus and even had water for him. AND snacks for us! Great little shop

  Just wanted to write about my experience on the 26th approximately 10:30 p.m. when Meg was the tender. Couldn't sleep so I went in there cuz I'm a regular customer and I purchased a pack of zig zags and one pre-roll of Hawaiian marker. Everything was good I walked outside opened the pre-roll container and there was nothing in it I immediately went back in in shock, and made me aware of this laughing to myself as I've never experienced this there was a seal on it it wasn't broken but wasn't stuck on proper so looks like it was tampered with. The response I got from Meg was " this happens all the time that is unfortunate there's nothing I can do can you replace it with one that has something in it she said she shook it which I didn't see her do obviously because this happens a lot as I was told, She right away is acusing me that I took the joint out and went back in to try and get another Which is rather petty in my mind as I spend a lot more money there on a regular. So basically I gave the money and got nothing in return and was told too bad and she totally ignored me and was quite rude basically. Was I mad? Most definitely not at the start but after some rude remarks and the and the attitude she was giving yes of course I was pissed I asked to speak to a manager or can you document this take my information and she had no participation in that she dealt with other customers. I forced her to leave me a number And someone to talk to she just wrote a number with a marker on a piece of paper that was it. So I basically got nothing and gave them my money for free call, I did return the papers because why would I want to give them more of my money I got my refund for that but I was told basically too bad. I will be going to the store today to speak with someone if this is happening all the time which she stated why are they not advising the customers to open it in front of them really rude experience and I definitely will not be going back. You are very unprofessional Meg and lackk the skills immensely when it come to dealing with customers. If you're aware this is happening maybe you should make the customers open the package prior to leaving very disrespectful service and unprofessional I don't recommend anybody go to this location
