  Inconsistent rules, dismissive attitude, and microaggressions — Black customers beware I’ve supported this store for months with my business, but after what happened yesterday evening, I’m never coming back. My partner had to grab his ID from the car, and I asked if I could simply give my number to confirm our usual order. The employee insisted that I show ID or stand by the door, even though I wasn’t the one making the purchase. To make it worse, another customer walked in right after us, was recognized as a “regular,” and was never asked for ID at all and was served. Then the second employee came out front, the same employee who saw us the day before — came out with a smirk and said, “We’re just doing our job.” I told her if she was really just doing her job, she should go handle the other customers who came in after us instead of speaking to me that way. They knew exactly who we were and still chose to treat us differently. The two customers I told her to assist instead of speaking to me were never asked for ID, never told to stand by the door, and were approached politely with, ‘How can I help you?’ These customers were of a different colour, which made the double standard even more obvious. When I said we wouldn’t be coming back, the employee just said, “Fine,” as if losing a loyal customer meant nothing to them. It was clear they didn’t believe bad service would affect their business at all. This inconsistency and dismissive attitude is bad enough on its own, but it’s even more concerning because it’s clearly a pattern. When the rules are applied to us as Black customers while others get a pass, it feels like a microaggression that shouldn’t be ignored. Honestly, there are plenty of dispensaries in Mississauga that treat customers with respect and follow their policies consistently. This location is not one of them. For a store affiliated with FIKA. A brand known for professionalism. This behaviour is disappointing and not a good look at all. We won’t be coming back, and we’ll gladly take our business elsewhere. Response: While I understand AGCO’s age-gating requirements, those policies are designed to protect minors and to ensure consistent, equitable service standards, not to justify selective enforcement or dismissive behaviour. When two customers in the same situation are treated differently, that is not policy; that is bias. I hope this incident is reviewed through the lens of your obligations under AGCO guidelines, including fairness, non-discrimination, and maintaining a welcoming environment for the diverse community you serve.

  Probably the most expensive cannabis shop ive been in. Example would be 3.5gs of sunset runtz from simply bare for 50 but just 2 blocks away its only 37. Its usual price is 39.99. Dont pay corporate prices people, shop anywhere else and you will save money.
