Long story short, I had trouble receiving an order for a bag at another location and called Square One for assistance. To my luck, Asmaa answered and found the bag in stock. I told her I lived far and was not sure when I’d be able to come in. She took my number down and texted me on her personal number to update me on their stock throughout the week. She put it on hold right away and made sure to be in store when I came to pick it up. I absolutely love the bag and was just blown away by the fact that Asmaa went above and beyond by contacting me personally. I would make the trip again just to be assisted by her!
