Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    To summarize the issue: My daughter received a Lululemon set (sports bra and tights) as a gift. The items were new, unworn, and within the exchange policy timeframe, but they were not her correct size. Before visiting the store, we carefully reviewed the exchange policy. When we attended the Mississauga location, we were surprised to be told that an exchange would not be permitted—even though the correct (smaller) size was available in-store. As a result, my daughter now has to attempt an exchange at a store in the United States (Boston), where she currently lives. This situation is unreasonable and unacceptable, particularly given the availability of the item and our adherence to the stated policy. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from Lululemon. I am requesting a response, clarification, and appropriate resolution to this matter.

    I visited the Lululemon at Square One recently to pick up some Christmas gifts. While the store is well-stocked with a great selection for both men and women, the in-store experience left a lot to be desired. The Inventory: The product quality is typical Lululemon (great), but the regular prices are quite steep. If you are looking for better deals, I highly recommend checking the "We Made Too Much" section online. Just a heads up—sizes sell out incredibly fast there. Pro tip: Visit the store on Thursdays, as that’s when they typically add new inventory. The Service: Unfortunately, the customer service was poor. I asked an associate named Re for help; she assisted me for only a couple of minutes before abandoning me mid-search to help another customer without finishing what we were doing. I had a similar experience with another associate who simply gave me a blank "we don't have it" without offering to check stock or look online. Between the high prices and the dismissive service, I’d hesitate to return to this specific location.

    I do like there product, but the investigation that they open for damaged products is ridiculous.. I bought a workout tshirt a started having minor damage after sometime the shirt was under the 1 year warranty policy .. had minor damage.. they should replace the product especially paying a premium $ for a (tshirt) no manager is involved in the process .. the cashier said to “ come back when it has more damage?!? suggestion- either change the policy for replacement .. or get rid of it .. also did wait for 15 to 25 minutes after asking one of the floor staff if they would replace it .. suggestion- floor staff should maybe speak to a manager about the product first before standing in line and waiting for sometime ..to see if they would replace it or not .. even though they should 🤷🏻‍♂️. Have a SOP put in place for these situations in super important..
