  Fabulous customer service. I had ordered an arrangement to be sent last Thursday to an office. I had some trouble finding out the status. Apparently the delivery driver tried on Thursday and Friday to deliver but was unable to connect with anyone. I called the store on Monday to find out the status. It turns out that I had not updated my phone number so the store was unable to contact me. I am sorry to say that I did not ask the name of the lady I spoke too, but she did speak with confidence so I assume its the franchise owner. She was amazing. She explained the multiple tries for delivery and that a new arrangement could be sent today. I did have to pay the delivery charge but that is to be expected since the driver had already attempted several times. Before the driver left today, the store called me to say they could not reach the recipient. I contacted the recipient to confirm they were at the office and advised the store. I have received confirmation that the delivery was successful. This kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back. 10 stars for sure. Thankyou.

  I ordered a Cheer Me Up bouquet for pick-up from the Royal Windsor location. This was my first time ordering an edible arrangement. There was a small parking lot outside the storefront, where I could park for free. I placed my order 2 days ahead of the day that I needed it, and the store's staff member had no issues accepting the order with that short notice. I had requested the order to be ready at 11 am on the day of the pick up. I got to the store at 10:55 am, and it was not yet ready. There was no one at the front counter. The door to the back room had a small window, through which we could see that someone was working at prep counter. After waiting a few minutes, no one had acknowledged us. We ended up knocking on the door to the prep area. After knocking a few times, the sole staff member came out. She said she just had to finish wrapping up our bouquet. When she brought out the bouquet a couple of minutes later, it looked pretty much the same as the online photos of that product, except it was missing the red grapes that were shown in the online photos. However, the grapes had been substituted with strawberries, so while the bouquet visually had less variety, it still had the same volume of fruit. The fruit looked the tiniest bit tired, not 100% perky fresh and crisp. However, it still looked acceptable. I actually prefer my fruit on the soft side because I find it to be sweeter, but I wasn't the one who was going to consume this bouquet. The bouquet was wrapped with cellophane. The cellophane was tied shut at the top with a few short curls of thin curly ribbon. It looked kind of cheap. I could smell the fruit through the wrapping and it smelled delicious. Verdict: My order at this location was ready for pick-up at exactly the time requested, but no earlier, so if you might be early for pick up, I recommend requesting it to be ready an hour earlier than you need it. If appearances are very important to you, you might want to supplement the wrapping with your own wide fabric ribbon. I ordered this bouquet for a friend who is recovering from a heart attack and has amended his diet to be heart healthy. Edible Arrangements is a great gift for people who are trying to eat well. Their arrangements look fancy and gifty, but the product won't be bad for one's health. In general, I am satisfied with my experience, but not wowed. 4 stars out of 5
