From start to finish, Harleen and her team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The fruit basket was absolutely stunning—vibrant, fresh, and beautifully arranged with a variety of delicious fruits that were clearly hand-picked with care. The presentation was so impressive that it instantly became the centerpiece of our gathering! Harleen’s customer service is top-notch. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took the time to customize the basket to fit our specific needs. The ordering process was seamless, and the delivery was right on time, with everything arriving in pristine condition.   I placed an order over $200 to send to my friend her best friend passed away and her kid loves fruit and I thought this would a great idea put a smile on her kids face and one less thing on her plate to deal with ! Well the order got delivered but not to her front door( she was outside all day) he went around to the back of her house ( she has basement renters) and dropped it off there behind a curtain on the hottest day of the year 30 degree weather ! They did not knock on the door or anything and just left it there. The basement neighbour was gone ALL weekend and only saw it Sunday evening ( the order was delivered Saturday June 7) everything was rotten! Watermelon was mushy , kiwis rotten , mango hard with back spots , pineapple was all just the core . Iv called the store and all they had to offer was a new delivery( I don’t need to relive this nightmare) I just want my money back. I asked what protocol was when delivering , she said that they make sure it gets handed to someone as it is food . They pretty much called me a liar and said that if it doesn’t get handed to someone that the driver calls and she was not called there fore there was nothing more she could do. I was told I’d get a call back , I didn’t . I called a few days later again have to talk to my boss I’ll call back , never did . Called a third time spoke to someone else and she gave me the owners number ! I was so mad that my friend spoke to him and he said we would make things right and contact me ! Never did AGAIN! I sent him a text June 17th he said we would call me ! AGAIN STILL WAITING FOR THe PHONE CALL ! I have pictures and I am beyond mad now ! I can’t believe how unprofessional this whole experience has been! 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Absolutely lovely! Great customer service from the store and driver. My order was beautiful and delivered promptly during a peak holiday. I will be a returning customer.
