  I have been a loyal customer of David Yurman jewelry for many years now. One of the pieces I purchased had a manufacturers defect in it. I brought it in, hoping David Yurman would stand behind their brand and repair the piece. It happened to be the least expensive item I have purchased over the years, a men’s pendant for my husband. Very disappointing when a company you’ve spent many tens of thousands of dollars with will not recognize a defect in their product where the inlaid stone was set in uneven and has lifted out over 1.5 years from wearing it around you neck. Not, a ring or bracelet that can be subject to impact, an anchor pendant. The only response…..”it is regular wear and tear, so too bad. And by the way, it will cost more to fix it than you paid and it is discontinued.” Well David Yurman, so unfortunate that you have now lost a previously loyal and regular customer over a very poor and ignorant assessment and terrible customer service. The last price I purchased was the women’s gold turquoise pendant with diamond. Enjoy the money as you will never ever see another dollar from me again.

  Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. My husband purchased a ring here as a gift for me on our wedding day. It has since lost 2 stones, on two separate occasions, which took them 3 months to replace. My wedding was 8 months ago, meaning 50% of the time, I have not even had this ring in my possession. I asked for a new ring, as a ring of this price should absolutely not be losing stones multiple times within several months. They said no, it is what it is. I am super unimpressed with the staff at this particular location, as well as the overall poor quality of this David Yurman product.
