The young associate who helped us (wish I caught her name) was incredibly polite, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered every question with a smile and made our purchase super easy. Truly outstanding customer service—really appreciate her!

He listened to my needs and asked appropriate questions to help me narrow down a jacket. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. He could have told me the jacket I was looking at would be fine but after hearing my needs he’s made a different suggestion on a jacket that was not available in store but available online. Thank you to Jason for being patient and honest. I came home and ordered the jacket online.
