  The people are disgustingly rude at this location. I think its the management. Someone needs to do something about it.. look at these reviews??? Make change.

  I went in to do a return that I was going to REPURCHASE and the cashier was giving me grief about it. She told me I couldn’t return it and repurchase it (the item went on sale and I was within my 30 days so not sure what the issue is there but ok) then she told me since it was covered in dog hair (there was like 5 hairs on it that can be shaken off) I couldn’t return it. Which normally, ok, but I don’t know why that’s a problem when I’m going to purchase it again right away… She was just rude and treated me like I was doing something wrong. With all the 1 star reviews this location has too, I think it’s necessary to review customer service.

  The store was clean. Stock was plentiful considering it was the Saturday after Boxing Day. But that's it. We spent about 20 mins browsing and trying on some clothes around 7 pm this evening. 4 staff were on the sales floor when we entered. Throughout our time in the store not one of them acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. But they had plenty of time to chat amongst themselves and loudly compare notes on their own clothing. What's the point of having staff if they aren't going to engage with your clientele? One of the most important rules of retail is to always acknowledge your customers. This is a colossal failure on the part of management. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff need some retail excellence training.

  Staff are very rude at this location, has happened multiple times where they make snarky remarks and do not value customer experience or service.

  Not even worth giving one star for the service. There was a guy who was extremely rude. I only go because of the quality of the product, but the service is terrible. He should not be working in any customer service role
