I was here yesterday to pick up an online order that was physically in the store but none of the staff seemed to care about helping me find my order. I even showed them Purolator proof of delivery to their store and they could not be bothered to check for me. They told me to come back when I received an email confirming my item was ready for pick up, to which I replied I'm here and not making another trip as it was inconvenient and far for me. I explained to them in frustration that what was a very simple request felt like pulling teeth. Eventually I was told that it was most likely in the store but it would take HOURS to locate my order. I was completely shocked by this response as clearly this store is not the same size as a Costco warehouse. So I was told to come back in an hour and less than 5 mins later they found my order!!! Go figure!!

Very dismissive. His behaviour made my whole experience quite unpleasant. Will not be returning to this location. Ever again.
