- AWAshli WillisonJan 3, 20261.0The customer service in this store is horrendous. The staff could really use some more training. I tried a few pieces on and needed a smaller size and the lady working the fitting room just gave me a dirty look and walked away. Like excuse me? This is YOUR job. If you hate it so much go find another one. I ended up leaving everytning i was going to purchase and go to the yorkdale location. Their staff are a billion times nicer.
- RRRSDec 30, 20251.0Worst location, hands down. The staff completely messed up and failed to add my purchase to my profile even after I provided both my email and phone number. When I asked for an exchange, they flat-out refused—no explanation, no attempt to help, just an immediate “absolutely not.” To make it worse, I went to my regular location at Sherway Gardens afterward and had zero issues. The staff there were professional, helpful, and actually did their jobs instead of acting dismissive and uninterested. This location is poorly run, unhelpful, and a total waste of time. Avoid it and go literally anywhere else.

When did you a simple return left so unhappy items not returned. The girl said to me if you don’t like it you could call the company and ask them to open a warehouse in Canada.?? When I talk to the manager, the manager gave me the same type of energy. I have never been so disrespected in the store in my life. If I could give this source zero out of five stars, I would.

I involved managers both times and to be honest it was even worse. I personally will not be buying from Alo again!! Do better because your items aren't cheap and your staff sucks
