  I paid about $480 for this tracksuit, but after only one week it looked worn out. The quality is really bad.

  I love this location...the management and staff are always courteous and helpful. For those who have negative comments to make ...must be a you problem. Not sure what your expectations are of the staff but I've experienced nothing but great service

  Worst customer service ever by a south asian greeter girl today, another girl also looked at us and ignored. Spoke to the guy on the counter the experience and he said he will look into it. Never coming to this store

  I had a great experience at this store recently. I had received a sweatshirt for Christmas that was ordered online. Bianka, who I spoke to on the phone, was VERY helpful and friendly when I told her how I wanted to exchange it with another sweatshirt from the store. Unfortunately ALO doesn't allow online exchanges any longer in the store. Which is not her fault at all. She was very clear and apologetic when explaining this to me and I appreciated it very much. I told her which top I wanted to exchange for and she went out of her way to find it in my size and to put it on hold for me. In the end I bought the sweatshirt I wanted, and am giving the one I received back to the person who bought it for me so they can return it for me. This is something that ALO needs to fix ( return online purchases in store) and this has nothing to do with the store or staff. They can't control that. When I went into the store to pick up the sweatshirt I wanted, I made a point of finding Bianka and telling her thank you. She was very pleasant and quite friendly. Thank you Bianka for making my shopping at ALO great ! I will be back! You deserve a promotion ! :) :)

  Worst customer service. The manager was rude, seems like the staff don’t really care about customers that are spending hundreds of dollars on clothing. Will go to Sherway Alo instead.
