  You have to be fit and have a certain look in order to get a simple hello! Stop judging people who walk into your store! Alo head office train your staff!!!!!

  I don't usually write reviews, but Bianca at Alo Square One deserves her name in lights. I’m pretty sure most companies use a secret hotline that goes straight to a void where customer service requests go to die. This woman, however, used her personal cell phone to hunt me down like a bounty hunter to make sure I got the top I wanted. At this point, she’s not just a manager/should be owner; she’s my personal stylist and my spirit animal. If she ever needs an investor, I’m in. I owe her my firstborn. Or just my credit card info. Whichever. Why I say this? I walked in to browse. No real intentions of buying anything and just like that Bianka happened. She was so genuine, kind, absolutely hilarious, and so effortlessly helpful that spending money felt like a privilege rather than a transaction. She didn't pressure, was knowledgable and incredibly honest (in the best way possible). She just radiated good energy and went above and beyond for someone who walked in with zero expectations; that's talent. She restored my faith in humanity and deserves more than just a raise. Give the woman her own store or something.

  The staff is so unfriendly and standoffish I asked for a size which was out of stock . The sales girl didn’t even bother show me other options. Nor did anyone welcome me when I walked in. Walked right over to Lulu where I ended up getting my essential. They need to do better

  I paid about $480 for this tracksuit, but after only one week it looked worn out. The quality is really bad.
