CALLED THE STORE WHO SAID TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE NETWORK ISSUE. THE LINES WERE HORRIBLE, COULD NOT HEAR MUCH OF WHAT CSR SAID. ASKED TO SEND INFO BY EMAIL. BUT FROM WHAT I COULD HEAR, THERE WAS NO ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT. HE DID SEND AN EMAIL STATING IT WAS A GHOST ORDER. I SHOULD BE REFUNDED 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. IF NOT CO TACT THEM AGAIN. I TOLD HIM, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW ABOJT THEIR ISSUE SO THEY DO NOT MAKE ONLINE PHRCHASES. NOT HAPPY. ESPECIALLY THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS.
