- OOOliviaOct 19, 20251.0Debated writing this review for a while but I placed an order for Valentine's Day for the large Confetti Berry and Chocolate Bouquet which looks like a mix of milk chocolate-covered strawberries and white chocolate-covered strawberries dipped in sprinkles. I also placed this order weeks in advance and even called the store a few days before to ask roughly what time it would be delivered as I was hoping it would be sometime in the morning. I know that you can't request delivery times but the lady on the phone said she would make a note to the delivery driver to make it the first stop... not only was it not the first stop but It was delivered at 6:30pm - i don't even know how since they close at 6pm. I don't know if the store did this out of spite because I asked but any time of day would've been good except after 5pm because i knew the person wouldn't be home then. That's not even the whole story... There were no white chocolate-covered strawberries with sprinkles. They gave us the wrong order and for a LARGE it was veryyyyy small. I paid over $100 for something that looked so poorly done and completely empty. They even put lettuce in between the strawberries as if this would help to make it look fuller. I called the store after the delivery, explaining my situation, to which they said the manager wasn't there and would call me back. Never got a call back. I submitted a contact form on their website with pictures and never got an email back. Once I read the other reviews, I realized this was a common occurrence. NEVER ordering from here again. Do yourself a favour and save your money. I've attached pictures of what I was supposed to get vs what I got.

I ordered the graduation balloons, while I noticed the “balloons may vary” note, I figured they’d at least have to do with graduation. Unfortunately two out of the three didn’t, and to top it off! They weren’t tied properly! They were losing helium. Thankfully we were able to tie them, to try and salvage them. But come on! The strawberries saying “class of 2025” looked nothing like the image! They seemed rushed. The two “s” in class were put onto one strawberry, and the “0” and “5” in 2025 was broken. Not worth the money spent. The flowers while actually beautiful, had zero water in the vase. You didn’t have to fill it up, but at least put a little bit of water in it. I practically spent $200 and you couldn’t put time and effort into actually delivering quality arrangements? If I had done same day delivery, I might have understood (even though you offer that). But I placed the order on Sunday for a Tuesday drop off. I can understand that there are probably a lot of graduations happening. But don’t offer these services if you can’t deliver quality.
