  Arvin was awesome - personable and knowledgeable. I came in today with my 3 toddlers and my experience was awesome. Great with my kids and really made the whole process easy for me. He was fast and was able to educate me on what shoes I needed for running. The store was really busy but he was great checking in with all the customers and was very patient Thanks again! If you’re a runner or just starting and you have questions. Make sure you ask for Arvin when you go to SL at Markville

  I had been shopping for a new pair of Rossignol Skis. Sporting Life had a greeat deal on the model I was interested in but I wasn't sure if they were the right choice. The store put me in touch with Devon who spent a considerable amount of time reviewing options and pricing and specs of a few skis and bindings. After a few conversations over a couple of days, we came to the conclusion that the Rossignol's I had been considering were the most appropriate option for me so I ordered them (from the online store) and they were delivered to my home. Devon was very knowledgable about skis, boots and binding design from several manfufacturers. He represtended Sporting Life very well. Thank you Devon. Keep up the good work.

  I was in the store last tuesday and I had a really great experience thanks to Neda, who helped me out during my visit. She was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I got exactly what I needed. She answered all of my questions clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed or ignored, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this attentive and helpful, and Neda definitely made a positive impression on me. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown

  Came in last week looking for a pair of running shoes and Arvin helped me out. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand my running style, goals, and what I was looking for. He didn’t just sell me a pair of shoes, he made sure I found the right fit for me. I also appreciated him taking the time to get to know me and how genuine he was. We ended up chatting about more than just shoes, and he made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another sale.
