  I usually shop online or do in-store pickup at Lululemon, but I had such a great experience today (April 7, 2026) at the Markville Mall location that I had to share. Shoutout to the male employee who helped me (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) he was incredibly friendly, greeted me right away, and made the pickup process super smooth. Super chill and welcoming, which I really appreciated. I picked up a matching wristlet and keychain set, plus a Down For It All Jacket. There was only one left in my size, so I’m really glad I managed to grab it at such a good price. I already own one in Sonic Pink and love it, so this felt like such a win. Also, their order fulfillment is insanely fast. My pickup orders are usually ready within minutes depending on when they open, which makes the whole experience even better. Another thing I love about in-store pickup is the reusable bags. They always have such cute designs and I’ve collected so many of them. They’re super versatile too. I use them as a lunch bag, gym bag, or even for groceries. Honestly, so many people use Lululemon bags as lunch bags, it’s kind of a classic at this point and I love having a collection. I’ve always loved their new product releases and colour drops, and honestly, I don’t mind paying a bit more for quality activewear especially with their great policy and customer service. Also, definitely join their free membership. You get perks like complimentary hemming and flexible return policies, which makes shopping there even better. If you qualify, their Sweat Collective program is also worth checking out. In my experience, Lululemon quality has held up really well over time. I still have pieces from years ago that are in great condition. While the brand has become more popular and production has scaled up, I still find the quality reliable and worth it compared to a lot of other athletic wear brands. This is definitely the best Lululemon location in the GTA and it’s the closest to my house, so I’ll keep coming back. Huge thanks to all the staff for the great experience!

  I had my first real experience at Lululemon, and it completely changed how I see the store. One of the staff members Muskaan helped me, and she was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What stood out was that she didn’t just answer questions she took the time to guide me, made sure I was comfortable, and never made me feel rushed or ignored. That level of customer service is rare. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back more often.

  Had an amazing experience in the bag section today! A friendly Asian male educator, who introduced himself as Calvin (or a similar-sounding name), was incredibly helpful. He proactively showed me different styles and checked both in-store and online inventory without any sales pressure. His professional advice really helped me make the right decision. Exceptional service!
