He is not trying to help me replace my shoes since u guys lost it. Horrible service don't go there. Is been a month I still didn't get my shoes.
- MMMaryJan 5, 20253.0I've found that the selection of this location has decreased, and the store looks a bit run down - the corner by the handbags/accessories is a disaster. The staff are helpful, but in general, it's been easier to order items online vs. going in store because they usually don't have my size in stock (small feet problems). They do have a nice program taking shoe donations in exchange for points you can redeem for new shoes through their Shoe VIP program.
