- 1215 20Aug 5, 20171.0Staff are unprofessional. I came in looking for a specific pair of sunglasses and received absolutely no customer service. Staff did not greet me nor offer any help when I tried to reach for pairs on higher shelves. Instead, they stood in a corner and gossiped among one another. You would expect half decent service at the minimum for the amount of money you have to dish out for designer sunglasses. Rather than giving this store my business, I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
