  This is my first time buying a Rolex, and I chose La Différence Time Centre because it’s close to my home. It turned out to be the perfect choice. I was fortunate to meet Celina, the manager there. Knowing it was my first purchase, she guided me through everything—from trying on the watches to helping me track the one I wanted. Her service was attentive, thoughtful, and truly delightful. Now I finally have my Rolex, and I’m so happy! I will definitely look for Celina again when I buy my next watch!

  I had an excellent experience at La Différence in Markham. Kelly Chau (Assistant Manager) and Celina (Manager) were extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. They took great care of me and my friend from the moment we walked in, and made the entire process feel smooth and comfortable. Their product knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell they truly care about building long-term relationships with their clients. I appreciate the great service and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

  A massive thank you to Grace for helping me to own this wonderful Rolex Datejust with the iconic Wimbledon dial! Ever since my first purchase a few months ago, she’s gone above and beyond to keep an eye out for the perfect piece, always keeping me informed and making me feel like a valued client. When she let me know this watch was available—first come, first served—I didn’t hesitate. I rushed to the store, tried it on, and instantly knew it was meant to be. The moment was surreal. Grace’s professionalism, passion, and genuine care made the entire experience unforgettable. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and can’t wait to work with her again on my next timepiece.

  I’ve purchased three Tudor watches in total around 20k, 80k in total purchase history from this store, all through the same salesperson. My salesperson Grace has always treated me fairly and professionally, and I truly appreciated her service. However, what completely ruined my experience is the manager Celine’s behavior and the store’s internal allocation system for Rolex pieces. Despite my actual purchase history and loyalty, the manager is able to use her personal connections to allocate Rolex watches to customers who have bought nothing, simply based on relationships. Meanwhile, customers like me, who have genuinely supported the store, are overlooked. This makes me seriously question: What is the point of having a salesperson and building a purchase history, if the manager can override everything with personal relationship. It feels unfair, disrespectful, and honestly quite disappointing. The store owner seems to have given the manager too much unchecked authority, which results in loyal customers being ignored, while non-buyers receive priority allocations. I came here to build a long-term relationship, but this experience has shown me that loyalty means nothing here. I can’t recommend this store to anyone looking for a fair and professional purchase experience. NEW: I would never go to your store anymore, you have my number, call me please if you wanna discuss the terrible behavior of your store manager Celine.
