Was told they operate on a first come first serve basis. Sent a message asking to come in to try a few new pieces but was told no stock. Two hours later was told they had the watch I was originally looking for but could not hold it. Drove there within 20 minutes to find out it was being sold and then was basically dismissed and kicked out the store. Complete waste of time take your business elsewhere.

The other staff and the manager are aware of the guests and welcome you as soon as you enter, a rarity I must say. Grace introduced me to her manager and a coworker and we had a pleasant conversation. Overall, it was an A+ experience with friendly staff. Although they didn’t have any of the exact models I wanted available, I was surprised to see that they did have some great watches available to purchase. It’s great that they also treat everybody fairly, which hasn’t always been my experience at other dealers. Kelly was extremely pleasant to deal with and very patient as I tried on different models.
