Ordered online for pickup and only told once at the store that the order was cancelled. After waiting for it to be sorted out when we gave a second chance to buy another pair we were left waiting until after close then rudely asked to leave by Jesse when we were only there cause he asked us to wait.

Sarah was such a huge help getting my daughter sorted for ski boots and Kazmin, in a crunch, helped getting build the my daughters kit. They both went above and beyond - even though it was holiday season and the store was crazy busy. So big shout out to Sarah and Kazmin for their help!

I was here just to pick up my skis, but the guy works at the service department refused to help me. He claimed only someone at the floor could help me, but he helped another guy behind me for the same thing. Then I reached to the floor to find someone to help me to grab the skis from the service department. Another guy refused by talking to another girl saying, “hey can you help?”. Thanks to that female employee, I was able to pick up my skis. Picking up prepaid service shouldn’t be this difficult unless people judge customers based on their gender or race. This is not professional nor comfortable.
