I had a terrible experience with Canada Goose. I was sold a defective winter parka, and when I attempted to return it within 30 days, the store refused to exchange it and pushed me to their warranty department. Warranty was no help,
Not only was customer service unhelpful, but I was also charged a cleaning fee for a jacket that was defective from the start. To make matters worse, I am still without a jacket after all of this.
The customer service supervisor, Ishalpa was unhelpful and dismissive. Canada Goose is simply not willing to take onus on a defective product they sold customers.
This entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable, especially given the premium price Canada Goose charges. The quality of their jackets has clearly declined, and their customer service does not stand behind their products. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Canada Goose and instead recommend investing in a brand that actually stands by its quality, such as Arc’teryx.

Visited Sporting Life at Markville Mall to purchase running shoes. The cheerful, courteous, and supportive service of Jasraj, the Sporting Life employee was very much appreciated. He brought the colours and alternate sizes and made sure to ensure that the shoes fit perfectly.
Thank you to Jasraj for excellent service. This is my 2nd visit to this store in the last 12 months and have received excellent service and good value, each occasion.

Ordered a pair of ski online and supposed to pick up from this Markville location. The next day I went ahead to the store and asked for the order status as I had not received any pick up email after 24h. The staff at the cashier asked me to wait for 20-30 mins as she needed to check with fulfillment. After 30 mins another staff told me the bindings are not in stock, and therefore we need to have your order canceled. Well well well, and guess what, a pick up email sent to me 2 days after. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. Typical big corporate culture and experience :( I wondered if AI could improve this experience

I had a great customer experience at Sporting Life in CF Markville Mall, thanks to Toven, who helped me choose my Blundstone boots. I had no idea which color to choose between brown and black, but he patiently gave me very helpful suggestions and guided me through the decision.
He also helped me try different sizes and brought shoes back to change three times without any hesitation. His service was professional, patient, and thoughtful. I’m very happy with both the quality of the boots and the overall shopping experience.
I had such a great experience at Sporting Life thanks to Memona. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me with an exchange/return. She took the time to make sure everything was correct and never once made me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience stress free and pleasant. Customer service like this is rare nowadays, and Memona is a true asset to the store. Thank you for such outstanding service
