  I had been looking for a pair of Hoka shoes so I waited for the black Friday sale. My wife handed me the ad on the newspaper. I shopped at this Sporting Life which was crowded. With the help of a salesman, I was able to find the Hoka at 40 percent off. The selection was limited but enough to enable me to find a pair. Thanks to Toven who explained the difference between 11D and 11W. Furthermore, when choosing color, he said black would go well. Well, a satisfied customer will be a repeated customer.

  The technicians at this location are amazing. Was looking for a new setup and got most of my equipment at Sporting Life this week. Any time I needed help, Kaz was there to assist. Kazmin gave superior service even when the store was at peak hours. I later came by again because I couldn’t get my bindings on and he gave me advice on what was wrong. Id definitely recommend this location to service your boards before hitting the slopes this season. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Kaz :)

  I had a positive experience shopping at Sporting Life in Markville mall. I was looking for a winter coat and there was no size available for a brand that I like. Megan, the staff who was assisting me was very attentive. She was giving me options similar to the jacket that I like and I actually liked the one she suggested. The size was also not available and she helped me to locate the nearest branch that has the size available. I appreciate her kindness and the positive customer experience I had with the store.

  We had such a great experience with Kazim during our visit to Sporting Life. Even though the store was extremely busy, he was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk our family through different goggles and helmet options, explaining everything clearly so we could choose what was right for us. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and patient service, especially during peak hours. We left feeling confident in our purchases and really appreciated his help. Thank you, Kazim — you truly made our visit a positive one!

  Went by Markville Mall’s Sporting Life to have our LO sized for new ski boots, a helmet, and skis — and I have to say, we were insanely impressed with the sales associate who helped us. From the moment I asked for a hand, Sara was professional, personable, warm, and welcoming. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering every one of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. At one point she was running the entire section solo during Black Friday, and still managed to acknowledge every family that walked in, letting everyone know she’d be with them in turn, or find someone to help them. She kept track of everyone flawlessly and somehow put the whole area at ease. As a retail alumni myself, I was blown away. She even engaged with our 8-year-old and made the whole experience fun. We will definitely be coming back to this location after today. With her level of customer-service know-how, this girl is going places.
