  I had a experience at this store, with the cashier. She was rude and clearly had no intention to help. I asked her to use my email for the transaction, which was done without any issues during my previous visit by a male employee. However, this time, she refused and didn’t even try to resolve the situation. The inconsistency in service and lack of basic customer support were very disappointing. My last experience was smooth and helpful, but this one was the complete opposite.

  VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES The lady working there was MANAGER as she told me She was raciest and commenting about me to other workers. I felt unsafe there. When i asked to pay for the things i wanted she told me to get that stuff but the stuff was right on her side. She forced me to pickup that merchandise from there. I asked her the name but she didnt tell me her name and she didn’t cash me out until i picked up my stuff from table. VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys need to fix that and i asked other employee help she told me she is the manager there the black lady she can’t do anything about it. I felt harassment at that place. I will never go back and felt harassed at the place. I need to you to call me back or email me i need to talk further I’m still feeling harassed as she treated me in store.

  I visited this location on last Sunday and my experience was horrible. Store manager was very rude and unprofessional. She was very rough and not a customer friendly person. Avoid this location at any cost!

  Manager lady was very rude and unfriendly. Don’t know how such an arrogant person can be a manager for a reputed brand like TH. Zero customer service skill. This location is not recommended at all.

  Disappointed with my experience at Tommy Hilfiger today. The display clearly showed a price of $24.99 above the items, so I selected the product based on that. However, at checkout, the manager informed me that the price was for a lower shelf item. As shown in the picture, the $24.99 sign was placed directly above the display, which is misleading for customers. Instead of acknowledging the confusion or helping resolve the issue, the manager argued and insisted that she was right. This reflects poor pricing management and unprofessional customer service. The store should ensure that prices are displayed correctly to avoid misleading customers and handle such situations more professionally.
