  Always happy with the pricing at shoe company. Always get my dress and work shoes here. The manager there was super helpful last time I was in.

  This is for the bald man who works there, think he’s the manager. I was in the store yesterday, March28th. I was in there for quite some time and all I’m noticing is he is just leaning on things and standing by the front on his phone the entire time which is so embarrassing for the company if that’s who you hire as a manager to oversee their customers. I then continued to shop around when I quickly looked over to the counter/check out area and I see he’s basically screaming at this one girl who was working there along with a younger boy as well. I think they were all cashing people out cause I did see prior that there was multiple people being cashed out at once. He began to scream and I could hear it pretty clearly that he was telling this young lady that she needs to be on the floor? Not sure what that means and that the younger boy shouldn’t be there. He then proceeded to get right in her face definitely at an uncomfortable length to where she had to take a step back because he was too close. I won’t be shopping from this location ever again due to the lack of respect and professionalism coming from the so call “manager”. Whoever hired him needs to rethink who they bring in and he needs to better conduct himself. If that was my daughter and some old man got that close to her I would be furious. I didn’t even bother to make a purchase. I was looking at Birkenstocks for a vacation I’m about to go on but decided to go to the mall instead and purchase it elsewhere. Please better train the people you hire or fire him

  Do yourself a favour and don’t shop here as if you end up having to return an item and get a refund, they won’t actually return your full purchase price. And then in store they’ll tell you to contact customer service and they won’t be helpful either. If you use a coupon for $10 off a purchase over $40 and you have still spent over $40 after returning an item, you should retain your $10 discount, not have some sort of proration applied to all the items, meaning you don’t get the full purchase price back because you’re repaying the ‘discount’. What a joke! Won’t be back.

  A great trip! I was hesitant to go after I’d searched Masonville Mall for hours looking for decent prices on ASICS. Angeli found me what I was looking for in seconds. I still tried a few pairs out of curiosity, but she knew just what I needed. I walked out with the purchase of the first shoes she found me! It’s a joy to see staff so helpful and knowledgeable! After a dreadfully uneventful afternoon, I find myself smiling with my new pair of shoes and the best costumer service I’ve had in ages. Please make sure to give Angeli a bonus for this one, because I’ll definitely be back for my next pair!
