However, at checkout, the manager informed me that the price was for a lower shelf item. As shown in the picture, the $24.99 sign was placed directly above the display, which is misleading for customers. Instead of acknowledging the confusion or helping resolve the issue, the manager argued and insisted that she was right. This reflects poor pricing management and unprofessional customer service. The store should ensure that prices are displayed correctly to avoid misleading customers and handle such situations more professionally.
