Jess was super patient and professional — she pulled different styles for me to try based on my preferences and carefully considered all my feedback. She helped me land on Gucci sunglasses that were perfect for what I needed. Real consultation, which is rare these days. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The sales associate seemed to provide service based on skin color, ignoring my questions and responding in a cold manner. I hope the owner sees this makes sales (not based on skin color).
