With great attention to detail, personable and luxury service in store, as well as beautiful and timeless jewellery and one of a kind pieces - this is your place to go in London for ANY special jewellery or special occasion items! Could not be happier with the service we've received for my engagement ring here, from regular covered cleanings, to inspections to ensure the ring is still in good standing, myself and my partner can't thank Robyn and the team for their services enough!

  I had an excellent experience at Nash Jewellers. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. They showed me several options, explained the differences clearly, and gave honest opinions when I asked. I felt very comfortable the entire time. Their knowledge of watches was impressive, and the whole experience felt professional and relaxed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and expertise.

  I had a fantastic experience at Nash Jewelers in London. I recently purchased a watch and was helped by Kailyn, who was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, never pushy at any point. Kailyn took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained different options clearly, and answered all my questions with patience and confidence. I felt completely comfortable throughout the process and never felt rushed or pressured to buy something that wasn’t right for me. The overall atmosphere at Nash Jewelers is welcoming and high-quality, and the customer service truly stands out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nash Jewelers, and especially Kailyn to anyone looking for a great watch buying experience. I’ll definitely be back.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my ring to this jeweller to have a diamond repaired. The diamond was only loosely set, and less than 24 hours after picking it up, it fell out. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the repair was meant to fix this exact issue and is now worse than it was before. What concerned me even more was what I was told at pickup: “We hope it is actually fixed because we aren’t sure, seeing as we didn’t make it.” Hearing that after paying for a repair did not inspire any confidence, and unfortunately the result reflected that. If a business advertises itself as a jewellery repairer, customers should be able to trust that repairs will be done properly regardless of whether the piece was originally made by them. If repairs are only reliable on their own jewellery, that should be made clear in their advertising. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with future repairs.
