We had done our research and knew what watches we wanted to buy. Friendly staff, lovely store, heart-warming family business with history in our city. We started chatting watches and the history of the Nash locations around London which was super friendly! Kailyn knew a ton about the various watches I was interested in, and was not pushy at all. Gave me the day to think about my options, and welcomed me all the same the following day when I came in for the purchase. The team sized me up perfectly, wrapped the new watch, included all the necessary docs and info I was asking about etc.. I could not be more happy with the purchase, new watch, and overall experience at Nash. 10/10 would recommend, and ask for Kailyn!!! Side note, they have watches and jewelry for various budgets, I saw great pieces at all types of price ranges so definitely check it out if you’re going for your first piece or 8th piece!! They addressed my needs right away with patience, kindness and understanding. The store is so beautifully and tastefully designed and decorated. I felt like I did when I was young walking into beautiful stores downtown like Simpsons, Kingsmills etc. The selection of jewelry is beautiful and showcased so nicely. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
