  Had the same 2 employees(guy with beard and lady with a septum piercing) ask me if I need help 5 times in 5 minutes, I told them no I’m okay the guy proceeded to incorrectly suggest liquid diamonds as a live resin FSE product followed by the lady with the septum piercing standing 2ft away directly behind me staring daggers onto the back of my head until I got uncomfortable and left without purchasing anything. I just wanted to look at the menu(which was incomplete so I had to use the website on my phone) in peace. If I said I didn’t need help the first 3 times why keep asking and why stand behind me staring and making me uncomfortable just because I’m introverted and prefer to be left alone unless I specifically ask for help.

  Being purchasing from Fika For awhile, I usually go at the class store, but I have been to the store like three times. The first time Was amazing from the last two time and specially today people are untrained they don’t know nothing about staff. They don’t talk nicely and they treat you like shit. Never coming again. Teach something to your people.

  FIKA is about as “good” as it gets in the recreational cannabis space. I’ve been coming here regularly for about a year now, and during that time I’ve interacted with a wide range of staff from meh at best to genuinely knowledgeable people like “Jesse”. In my honest opinion, the recreational market as a whole still falls short when it comes to consistent flower quality. That said, the convenience and pricing make it an easy and accessible option. A few nights ago, I stopped in late and picked up an eighth of Triple Burger. Unfortunately, the trichomes had already gone amber , the buds were all smaller than a dime and the nose was oxidized—Tribal missed the mark on that one. The real reason I’m taking the time to leave this review, though, is “Tommi” “Tommi” has an absolutely contagious energy. I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if a high-end restaurant or a major sales role eventually scoops him up. What really stood out wasn’t even the purchase. it was the next morning when I stopped in briefly just to say hi. I was there for maybe two or three minutes I’m sorry to the young man browsing the carts , it completely changed how I felt about FIKA. In that moment, it felt like FIKA was “actually for the people” not just another brand selling a “chill” image while being run by capital opportunists who were never part of the culture while others risked their freedom to build this industry. For context: I have PTSD, social interactions aren’t always easy for me, and my service dog is currently in an 8-month training process. I’m also on disability, so I tend to show up at unconventional hours. I’ve always viewed FIKA as the Starbucks of dispensaries—consistent, polished, and corporate. Jesse was always a pleasure to deal with, and I honestly haven’t been around as much since not seeing him as often. I grew for four years and was involved in the industry since I was 15—I’m 33 now. “Tommi” was a reminder that genuinely good people still exist. Even though this is a place of business, his smile is real, and you get it whether you’re buying something or not. I assume “Jesse” still has the concentrate section looking fantastic, and I’m hopeful to see improvements in flower quality in the new year.

  El lugar es bueno soy de El Salvador y visité ahí y honestamente me atendieron bien me llevé un buen trato desde el inicio y eso que no soy de Canadá también los chicos sé rebuscaron en entenderme xd son genial la verdad me sentí bastante cómodo con el materialismo ya que es bueno.😎
