    Incredibly large selection of different brands and styles of boots for winter! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely visit again!

    Came here to buy winter shoes and yes they had so many shoes and so many options to choose from and very good ones at that. My wife and I bought a couple of shoes and we were very satisfied with them. Would always recommend this place for anything shoes.

    I had a great customer service experience. Khushi helped me figure out the right size for winter boots. Even though the boots weren’t in the store, she looked them up online for me. She was friendly, attentive, and very helpful.

    I have used this store for so many of our footwear purchases, and I will no longer be shopping here. I bought winter boots for my son and after one season they have worn down through the heel to the point of making a hole. These boots were $180 with taxes and I thought it was an investment in a quality shoe from a reputable store. The manager has refused to honour the one year warranty or even stand by DSW’s policy on a quality product. How can you buy a boot for that much money and then have no expectation that the product can withstand more than one season of use. I will be buying our shoes elsewhere.

    Took forever to check out even though there were only a couple people in line. Many boxes had incorrect shoe sizes. Won't be back
