- JJJessVSep 17, 20251.0My sister and I went shopping at this location this evening (sept 17th 2025), and there was a lovely associate, Eve helping us find a skirt for my sister. While we were shopping we overheard, what I assume is the manager; blonde, tall, hair in a bun, just being straight up RUDE to the other associate, and loudly about how she doesn’t know where something was…ummmm idk maybe help her find it? She explained it to you while I waited for you to notice I had asked for help to get a size down, and the “manager” didn’t even look over once. As we walked out, we also overheard the “manager” say to the other associate “you’re selling not shopping.” We tried to call the store right after to complain, and for whatever reason the call will not go through. Very odd for such a large company to not have working phones? The way the “manager” was treating her made my sister and I so uncomfortable we had to leave. I can’t even imagine how this girl feels going to work everyday, because I would hate working with somebody like that. Absolutely miserable. Yet, Eve was pleasant the ENTIRE time, and didn’t even show signs of being flustered. I truly hope that something is done about this, because if your “manager” treats workers like that in front of clients it is probably constant problem in this store.
